Trip na Trip installment sa India…

You heard it right…. este read it right. It seems that people in here don’t mind if they got horned at. Kung sa Pinas to… nabaril ka na.. hehehehe… Kahit san ka pumunta.. busina.. busina.. busina at busina ang maririnig mo sa daan. At makikita mo pa sa likod ng truck talaga nila naka sulat.

Napansin ko rin dito…. halos lahat ng sasakyan may yupi… kita mo sa harap bagong bago, pero sa likod wasak ang trunk, or ang gilid may yupi rin..  kalalabas lang ng casa, sira na ang pinto… bilib ako sa mga driver dito.. mapa auto rickshaw, coche at taxi, ayaw mag bigay sa daan… pag hindi ka sanay sa driving style nila… aatakekin ka sa puso.. hehehehe

I was lucky, I got permission to take some pics of Indian food preparation, where it is otherwise forbidden by the locals, its not often that they would agree on having a snap of their place taken by a stranger…. Inside the Mall, Government buildings, shrines are a big NO NO to take pictures, I dont quite understand why, but they are sensitive about this.

Back in India for the 3rd time. Alot has changed since I first visited here last 2004. Shopping Malls are every where, traffic is twice as heavy, cars…. lots of them… most of them are compact cars, suzuki, hyundai, Tata. These cars are smaller than Honda Jazz, but still the king of the Indian road, Auto Rickshaw, parang jeepney kung sa atin. 

It’s their 60th Indepence celebration today, since nasa bahay lang ako, ginawa ko nalang tong blog ko. Wala masyadong ma pasyalan dito sa lugar ko dahil malayo sa Colaba area. Our office is located West of Mumbai, not much to see expect Infity mall right accross our apartment and perennial traffic that separate us from it hehehehe….

Below are some pics taken with my digital camera, it pays to have a ultra wide angle lens, EF 17-40mm f/4 L USM comes very handy and serves as my multi purpose lens.

Added some pictures from Changi Singapore Airport, stop over flight to India.

Last August 4 2007, LevelUp launched its latest MMOG Perfect World game.

With my new Canon 400D dSLR + 17-40mm f/4 L USM lens, went to SM Mega Mall to check the event and most of all, test my new dSLR camera….
